Context
Malegaleco is a cultural promotion association that works to reduce inequalities through information, culture and active participation. It promotes rights, equality and respect through concrete actions and community involvement. Since 2024 it has collaborated with the Comune di Milano through the city's Milano Giovani youth initiatives.
What I did
- Founded the association and lead it as President
- Shape its awareness work on topics such as gender stereotypes and consent education
- Built a partnership with the Comune di Milano through the Milano Giovani initiatives, including the 100 Idee programme
- Brought Malegaleco to festivals, Pride events and innovation weeks, with talks and round tables at Rome Future Week, Milano Art Week, Festival dello Sviluppo Sostenibile, Diversity Innovation Days, Scambi Festival, Lecco Pride and Rho Pride
- Involve the community through volunteering, events and the newsletter
