Styleit Accelerator

Context

I joined Styleit, a Startupbootcamp Italy accelerator, at its pre-launch stage. I was later promoted to Ecosystem Manager for all of Startupbootcamp Italy's accelerators: Styleit, WeSportUp and Fin+Tech.

What I did

• Supported the Program Director across the whole launch: curriculum development, operational setup and mentorship programs, with occasional support on startup scouting
• Initiated and led the expansion of the investor and mentor network
• Independently organized major events, including Selection Day and Demo Day
• As Ecosystem Manager, oversaw strategic growth and collaboration across Styleit, WeSportUp and Fin+Tech
