Fancards x Metallica was lab-go's main project: a fan engagement experience running alongside Metallica's M72 World Tour in the USA, Canada and Europe.
What I did
- Coordinated and oversaw the project across 10 cities
- Managed on-site fan engagement, ensuring a top-tier experience at every event
- Led an on-site team of 2 fan engagement operators, plus 8 people selected locally at every stop
- Ran cross-platform communication
- Acted as the main liaison between the company and the band's top management
