Break the Swipe

Context

Break the Swipe is an event format that brings dating back to something spontaneous and authentic. Instead of apps and algorithms, people meet in person, in a space designed to be safe, inclusive and fun.

What I did

• Founded the format and designed the event experience
• Built semi-guided two-hour events with icebreakers, conversation cards, small-group chats and free mingling
• Launched themed events in Milan and Rome for adults aged 25 to 40, for both straight and queer audiences
• Set clear participation rules and waiting lists to keep groups balanced
